Taylor graduated from Miami University with degrees in Psychology and Social Research. Her academic background has helped shape her understanding of human behavior and the social, environmental, and community factors that influence how people experience the world around them.
Taylor's previous roles have included inpatient psychiatric care, veteran services, and comprehensive service coordination for seniors and individuals with disabilities. These experiences have given her a deeper understanding of the barriers that can arise when seeking support and working toward improved quality of life.
Taylor approaches case management with empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to advocacy. She believes in meeting people where they are and adjusting her approach to reflect their individual needs and goals. Beyond addressing immediate concerns, she values helping clients develop practical skills, confidence, and independence. She strives to equip each person with the tools and guidance needed to navigate future challenges, advocate for themselves, and recognize their own capabilities. Above all, she believes everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and the chance to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys cuddling up with her cats, spending time outdoors, and exploring new experiences, always in search of something to learn along the way.
