Call 513-928-3339 for scheduling and general questions. Our scheduling hours are 7 AM–11 PM daily. Clinic and billing office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. TTY users can dial 711.
24/7 scheduling line (AI assistant)
At any hour, you can call our 24/7 scheduling line at 417-394-8781. It is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. It can take your appointment request and pass it to our team, who confirm every appointment by phone. It is not for emergencies: in a crisis, call or text 988, and in a life-threatening emergency call 911.
General inquiries
Email inquiry@sos-wellness.org for nonclinical questions. Please do not send health information, treatment records, insurance documents, or other sensitive details by ordinary email. Call the office to ask about an appropriate secure channel.

Confirm which office is assigned to your appointment before traveling. Telehealth appointments are available across Ohio; you must be physically located in Ohio during a telehealth visit.
