I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to feel heard, supported, and understood. As a behavioral health therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while discovering their strengths and building emotional resilience.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs. I earned my bachelor's degree in Sociology and African and African American Studies, Master of Public Health, and Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor. My background in social work and public health allows me to approach mental health and emotional well-being from a holistic perspective.
I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and empower you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
