Shaan oversees technology, data systems, and digital operations at SOS Wellness. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Xavier University, completed postgraduate data science training through Purdue, and is training as a case manager/QMHS.
Shaan is a Certified Scrum Master and is pursuing the Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS) credential from HIMSS. He brings professional experience in database design from an environmental consulting firm. At SOS Wellness, he has developed IT policies that meet CARF accreditation standards and builds the performance and claims analytics that guide daily operations. His goal is to make sure the technology serves the clinical team and the patients they care for.
