Portrait of Jodi Hardin

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. I work with both adults and children, providing a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and family counseling. I recognize that every individual and family has unique experiences, strengths, and needs, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to support each client’s personal goals.

Through collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, I help clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, improve communication, and navigate relationship and family dynamics. My goal is to empower individuals and families to overcome obstacles, foster healthier connections, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, supported, and understood. I strive to meet every client where they are and walk alongside them on their journey toward greater emotional wellness, personal growth, and a healthier future.
