Jenna HardinMSW, QMHS

Jenna Hardin, MSW, QMHS, is a Case Manager and IOP Case Manager at SOS Wellness with six years of experience serving individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Kentucky University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Throughout her career, Jenna has worked with adults, children, families, veterans, and individuals experiencing substance use and mental health concerns. Her professional background also includes experience in a hospital setting. Although she enjoys working with people from all populations, Jenna has recently focused more closely on supporting individuals with mental health and substance use needs through her role at SOS Wellness. Jenna approaches case management with compassion, open-mindedness, and determination. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them overcome barriers to stability, wellness, and independence. Known for going the extra mile, Jenna works diligently to locate resources and solutions for her clients—even when the circumstances seem especially challenging. She strives to ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and respected, regardless of the task or situation. Outside of work, Jenna is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her dogs and cat, baking, and watching sports—especially cheering on the Cleveland Browns.
