Autism spectrum support

Neurodiversity-affirming support that respects each person’s communication, strengths, and way of experiencing the world.

Our belief

We believe in the social, emotional, and intellectual potential of every autistic person. We are dedicated to supporting people in their growth by providing the resources, care, and encouragement they need to work toward their own goals.

At SOS Wellness, we understand that many autistic children, teens, and adults experience mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and sleep difficulties. Research shows these conditions are more common in autistic people than in the general population.

We provide specialized psychiatric and therapeutic support for these co-occurring mental health conditions while respecting autistic identity.
