SOS Wellness is hiring an Ohio-licensed independent social worker (LISW) or licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) to lead intensive outpatient program (IOP) groups in Middletown and the surrounding Middletown–Dayton corridor. Part-time or full-time 1099 contract work is available.
The role
Lead in-person substance use treatment groups, complete assessments and treatment plans, and document care in our clinical system. Provide individual and family therapy where appropriate. Collaborate with psychiatric providers, case managers, and other therapists when clients need coordinated support. Participate in team consultation and provide care consistent with your Ohio license and scope of practice.
What we are looking for
An active Ohio LISW or LPCC license and at least two years of clinical experience. Applicants must have appropriate addiction-treatment training and experience and be able to lead treatment groups. Describe your group facilitation and substance use treatment experience in your application.
Schedule and location
This opening is for in-person IOP group work in Middletown, Ohio, serving the Middletown–Dayton area; it is not a remote-only role. Part-time or full-time 1099 contract work is available.
